The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) is a not-for-profit membership organization founded to develop and disseminate the transdisciplinary principles and practices that enable the realization of successful systems. INCOSE is designed to connect systems engineering professionals with educational, networking, and career-advancement opportunities in the interest of developing the global community of systems engineers and systems approaches to problems. We are also focused on producing state-of-the-art work products that support and enhance this discipline’s visibility in the world. | |

INCOSE French Chapter AFIS |
The Association Française d'Ingénierie Système (AFIS) was founded in 1998 by 13 major industrial groups wishing to share their experience and know-how and work together to optimise and formalise their engineering methods. Today, AFIS has around a thousand members (systems engineers, systems architects, retirees, students and doctoral students) and nearly fifty members: major groups, ETIs (intermediate-sized companies), PME-PMIs (small and medium-sized companies), TPEs (very small companies) and educational and research establishments. AFIS is an affiliate member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and, through a memorandum of understanding signed in 1999, its official representative in France. | |

IEEE France Section |
The IEEE France Section was founded in 1967 by Jean Lebel. IEEE France Section is : - A ‘Geographic Entity’ of the IEEE Association. - In accordance with the IEEE Statutes (MGA - Member and Geographic Activities) and belonging to Region 8 (Africa/Europe/Middle East) - A French Association under the French law of 1901 - Statutes underlining the attachment to the IEEE - Purpose: to contribute to the advancement of innovation and excellence in technology for the benefit of humanity" The France Section has more than 3000 members. The 39 Societies and 7 Councils share the technical specialities of engineers and are represented in the various Sections in the form of Chapters (30 in France), 3 affinity groups (Women in Engineering, Young Professionals, Life Members) and 22 student branches. IEEE members participate in publications, conferences, standards writing and various professional and educational projects and activities. Over 5 million documents can be found in the IEEE Xplore digital library with over 8 million downloads per month. IEEE also publishes 170 scientific journals and magazines and sponsors more than 2,000 conferences worldwide. | |

SAGIP |
SAGIPS stands for French Society for Automation, Industrial Engineering and Productics. SAGIP's objective is to structure and promote the disciplines represented in its areas of activity. The association's main activities are: - The organisation (or co-organisation) of conferences and seminars (STP days, Automation days, etc.). ); - The organisation of its themes into thematic sub-areas run by working groups; - The production of books and collections to archive and promote the results of research; - The production of documents and the organisation of meetings to promote the field in all its diversity to the various players (universities, bodies, ministries and economic and social circles); - Interaction with other learned societies in France (ROADEF, GRETSI, etc.). |
